No-Q Systems Pty Ltd announces the appointment of Steven Vellacott as Secretary and Treasurer

Lathlain, Australia -  No-Q Systems, announced today the appointment of Steven Vellacott as its Secretary and Treasurer. Mr Vellacott has 31 years experience in environmental management and community relations, including 18 years in Government and 13 years in mining, refining and petroleum industries. He has developed innovative systems and application of technologies for waste management, environmental monitoring and environmental impact assessment. Achievements include design and implementation of the first biodegradation facility for oily wastes in the Pilbara region of Western Australia; and securing environmental approval for a AU$3billion alumina refinery expansion project. As Environmental Manager for Alcan South Pacific, Mr. Vellacott represented the company on environmental research and tactical committees on the Minerals Council of Australia, the Australian Aluminium Council and the International Aluminium Institute.

No-Q Systems is developing PWR™ as an automated patient/client notification system. PWR™ is comprised of a standalone software client application interacting with a commercial SMS server system. PWR™ is used by the office worker who is checking in the patient and enters in basic patient demographics information. Alternatively, PWR™ can receive HL7 standards-based patient demographics data automatically from an HL7 compliant office patient scheduling software. This information is used to create outbound reminder messages that are transmitted to the patient automatically at the proper intervals.
